I had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. They were always ready to help and provide extra amenities. The swimming pool was wonderful and I enjoyed spending time there playing ping pong and swimming. The hotel is conveniently located near transport options to access the cascades. The food was delicious, although I would have appreciated more variety like burgers or pizzas.

I recently stayed at Hotel Casa Moreno for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. Joseph, the manager, was extremely welcoming and helped us settle in. We were pleasantly surprised with a spacious room and enjoyed the spectacular pool. The staff were accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast provided was great and we left feeling well taken care of.
